Processing & Cut-off

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific ship the same business day (Mon–Fri)

  • Orders after cut-off or on weekends/holidays ship next business day

Methods & Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Some battery products must ship ground-only under hazmat rules.

Delivery Times

  • Contiguous U.S.: typically 1–5 business days (service/location dependent)

  • AK/HI & PO Boxes: limited services; additional transit time may apply

  • International: currently unavailable for most battery products due to hazmat restrictions

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are flat rate at checkout.

Order Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order ships.

Address Issues & Refusals

Undeliverable, refused, or address-correction fees may be deducted from refunds when incorrect address information was provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact the carrier and tech@mynewbattery.com within 3 business days so we can help investigate.
