Warranty Policy

Coverage

Most products include a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the delivery date. Some items may have extended coverage—see the product page or your order confirmation.

What We’ll Do

At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund defective items. Replacements may be new or refurbished and functionally equivalent.

Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage

  • Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification

  • Damage from external causes (accidents, water ingress, extreme temperatures)

  • Over-discharge/over-charge beyond specified ratings, or use with incompatible hardware

How to Make a Claim

Contact tech@mynewbattery.com with your order number, issue description, and photos/video. We may provide troubleshooting steps, request diagnostics, or issue an RMA.

Costs

  • If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we cover repair/replacement and return shipping

  • If the item is not defective or is outside coverage, evaluation and shipping costs may apply
