Return and refund policy

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our battery products, please carefully review the following return policy guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Return:

   • Products must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a return.
   • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less the shipping fee.
     
     

2. Restocking Fee:

   • Returns made after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
     
     

3. Final Return Deadline:

   • Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the date of delivery.
     
     

4. Refund Process:

   • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the original purchase price (less the shipping fee) will be refunded within 5-9 business days.
     
     

5. Chargeback Actions:

   • Chargeback actions initiated without returning the product will be subject to legal action to the fullest extent of the law. Such matters will be handled by our legal counsel.
