Summary

  • 30-day return window from delivery

  • Free returns if we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective

  • No restocking fee on approved returns in new, resalable condition

  • RMA required before sending anything back

Eligibility

Most new, unused items in original packaging are eligible within 30 days of delivery. To comply with hazmat rules for batteries:

  • Item must not be installed, mounted, modified, or damaged due to misuse

  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging included

  • Serial numbers/labels intact and unaltered

Not eligible: custom/special orders, “Final Sale” items, or products showing installation/usage marks, abuse, or physical damage.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

Email tech@mynewbattery.com or call (435) 669-0020 with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason and photos (if damaged/defective)

We’ll issue an RMA and hazmat packing instructions (if applicable). Returns without an RMA may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • If we made an error or the product is DOA, we’ll provide a prepaid return label

  • Otherwise, please use an insured carrier of your choice and follow any hazmat labeling we provide

Restocking Fees

  • 0% for unopened items in original packaging

  • Up to 15% for opened but resalable items

  • Higher fees (or refusal) may apply if parts/packaging are missing or if there are installation/usage marks

Refunds

After inspection (typically 3–5 business days from receipt), refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to post funds.

Exchanges

Fastest method: place a new order and return the original per this policy.

Damage in Transit

Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
