We stand behind the quality of every hybrid battery pack we sell. To give you clear, predictable protection, we offer two warranty options. Both include unlimited miles and straightforward support.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.
Coverage begins on the date of delivery (proof of purchase required).
Defects in materials and workmanship of the hybrid battery pack as supplied by My New Battery.
Replacement or repair, at our option, of the defective pack or component.
Reasonable technical support during diagnosis and claims processing.
To keep the warranty fair for everyone, the following are excluded:
Improper or incorrect installation, failure to follow installation instructions, or missing required calibrations.
Physical damage, collision, water intrusion, corrosion due to environmental exposure, rodent damage, fire, or acts of nature.
Misuse or abuse, racing/competition use, modifications, tampering, or non-OEM electrical alterations.
Normal wear of ancillary parts not supplied with the pack (e.g., relays, wiring, sensors, fans).
Commercial/fleet or ride-share use (unless expressly stated on the invoice).
Labor, diagnostics, towing, rental, downtime, or incidental/secondary costs, unless required by applicable law.
Any unit with altered/removed serial labels or used outside intended vehicle applications.
Use in the original vehicle application as specified by the product listing.
Installation must follow manufacturer and My New Battery guidelines; professional installation is recommended.
Keep your dated receipt and any installer work order—these may be requested for claims.

Provide order number, VIN, mileage, install date, and a description of the issue. Photos/diagnostic codes help us expedite review.
We will issue an RMA (return authorization) if a return/inspection is required.
Upon verification, we will repair or replace the covered item at our discretion.
Shipping methods and costs will be communicated with the RMA.
Do not ship any item without an RMA.
Our sole obligation is repair or replacement of a covered battery pack or component; refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.
My New Battery is not responsible for labor charges, vehicle programming, consumables, or incidental/consequential damages (to the extent permitted by law).
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you.
Maintain the vehicle per OEM service schedules (cooling system/fans, filters, related hybrid components).
Address warning lights/codes promptly to prevent secondary damage.
Keep documentation of service and diagnostics during the warranty term.
