Warranty Options

At MyNewBattery.com, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our hybrid battery packs. To fit different ownership needs, we offer two coverage options on eligible products:

Standard 2-Year Warranty (Unlimited Miles)

• Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 24 months from the delivery date.
• Who’s covered: Original purchaser only (non-transferable).
• Remedy: At our discretion, repair or replacement of defective battery/module(s). If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or credit.

Platinum 10-Year Warranty (Unlimited Miles)

• Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 120 months from the delivery date.
• Who’s covered: Original purchaser only (non-transferable).
• Remedy: At our discretion, repair or replacement of defective battery/module(s). If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or credit.

Requirements to Maintain Coverage

• Proper installation per included instructions and any vehicle-specific guidance.
• Use only as intended for the listed vehicle/application.
• No evidence of abuse, misuse, physical damage, water intrusion, accident, tampering, or unauthorized modification.
• Return of any requested parts for evaluation (RMA will be provided).

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Email tech@mynewbattery.com with your order number, VIN, installation date, description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.
2. Complete any requested remote diagnostics and supply additional documentation if asked.
3. If an RMA is issued, return the item(s) as instructed for inspection. Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or credited per the terms above.

Exclusions

• Normal wear, cosmetic damage, installation errors, environmental corrosion, or damage from ancillary vehicle faults.
• Improper torqueing/fastener damage or failures caused by third-party modifications.
• Any commercial resale or transfer of ownership.
• Incidental or consequential damages.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Where we ship: United States (contiguous 48 states). We do not currently ship internationally.
• Rates: Flat rate at checkout.
• Processing time: Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships.
• Delivery requirements: Some items may require adult signature upon delivery.

Returns

• Return window: New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be in original condition with all components, hardware, and packaging. Installed/used battery modules are not returnable unless authorized under warranty/RMA.
• Authorization: Request an RMA before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
• How to request: Log in to your account to initiate a return or email tech@mynewbattery.com with your order number and reason.
• Return shipping: If we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective, we provide a prepaid label.
• Restocking: 30-day return window from delivery. Buyer pays return shipping for discretionary returns; if the item is wrong/damaged/DOA, we provide a prepaid label. Up to 15% restocking may apply to opened but resalable items. RMA required. See Return & Refund Policy.
• Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection—typically within 3–5 business days of receipt. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
